FIFTH AVENUE is a company which buys, sells, trades and consigns preloved and pre-owned luxury goods.

We are independent from the Luxury Houses and we are not related to them.

FIFTH AVENUE is not affiliated or a licensed partner of the brands we sell.

FIFTH AVENUE do not have any contract with the brands or luxury houses, and products are checked by independant people, not the designers themselves.

We sell, buy and trade only second hand goods, even if they are sometimes in perfect condition, they remain pre-owned.

⇒ Each time you place an order on https://luxefifthavenue.com, you visit our website, you agree to the following conditions, in case of disputes or disagreements the applicable law is the french law :

 

I – CONSIGNMENT 

 

We offer consignment services for your item.

 

1 – If you want any valuation you can contact us by filling the contact form online. You can also send us an email at fifthavenueluxe@gmail.com. We will reply as soon as possible, usually within one business day. We will determine the valuation of your item. If you approved our valuation and you are willing to allow us to sell your product, you will receive a mandate. That mandate, you will return it firmed by mail with an acceptance to sell.

 

2 – Once we have the acceptance and the mandate, you will receive a prepaid shipping label in order to send your item to us. Nevertheless, you can decide to send us the item by your own without using our prepaid shipping label.

 

3 – When we have received the item, we keep it for at least one month started from the day we have received it. We make all the required pictures for the buyers, for the website and we fix the commission. The commission is related to the item, the brand, the condition, the accessories coming with.

If, by one month, your item is not sold yet, you can decide to take it back. We will send it to you for free, you will not have to pay any shipping cost. You can inform us that you want to take back your item by mail : contact@luxefifthavenue.com

 

4 – On the other hand, once the item is sold, we will inform you by mail. You will received the full amount that we both agreed during the valuation within 7 business days by bank transfer.

 

 

II – ORDER AND PURCHASE

 

Before buying or placing an order on https://luxefifthavenue.com, each one needs to create a customer account with a user name and password. An address, an email address and a phone number will be also required.

1 – Ordering:

When you place an order, you agree with our Policy, and you agree that no return is accepted. We offer payment by card ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express ), and you can also pay by bank transfers. If you have decided to meet us in Aix en Provence, ( France) in order to see the product before buying it, you can also pay it in cash ( within the limit of the french legislation )

Sometimes, we also sell our products on social media, by phone or during meetings and they still appear online. Don’t worry, if an item isn’t still available, we will inform you straight away.


2 – Payments:

All prices are stated in Euro and include VAT of our country : FRANCE. Nevertheless you can have import taxes due to your region that we are responsible for. You have to know before buying what your import tax is – in order to know in advance the total cost of your order- . In fact, even if you have to support import taxes due to your region, our own price will remain the same.

3 – Delivery :

When you place an order, your item will be sent to you within 2 or 3 business days.

 

  • For any order with a value lower than 1000 euros shipped to France, we use colissimo and post services. We take full insurance for every package we ship, so you can order serenely. With colissimo, if you order in France, your item will be delivered within 48 hours. As soon as your package is sent, you will receive an email telling you what your tacking number is. This tracking number enable you to follow your package during  its travel until its destination.
  • For any order with a value higher than 1000 euros in France or worldwide,  we use DHL express. We take full insurance for every package we ship, so you can order serenely. With DHL express your item will be delivered within 24 hours. As soon as your package is sent, you will receive an email telling you what your tacking number is. This tracking number enable you to follow your package during  its travel until its destination.

 

In case of issue during shipping, we will open an investigation to see where your item is located. If the shipment company can’t find it, you will be fully refunded.

The shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order

Every single item we sell on this website has several pictures, showing the details of the bag. We mention each time, for each item the size, the exact condition of the bag and the origin.

If you have furthers questions concerning an item, if you want some pieces of advice, please let us know what your questions are before buying.

We do not accept return precisely because we work with luxury items and those precious things can’t be shipped and returns as standards goods could be. They deserve the best treatment.

 

IV  – ITEMS, PRODUCT : INFORMATIONS AND DESCRIPTIONS

Each item we list on our website has several pictures, a description. We also indicate color, size, condition in order to give you the best description as possible so you are able to figure out the product the best way as possible. We try, each time to give some informations. For instance : the origin of the item, and also the accessories which are coming with the product.

 

 

VI – TAXES

 

We deliver to most countries in the world. Pay attention before your place an order, specific terms and conditions, and taxes may apply some countries, depending on applicable local legislation. We are situated in France, so when we ship outside European Union, import taxes may be applicable to your region. Please, check before ordering if import taxes are implemented in your region. In fact, import taxes specific to your region are payable by you and invoiced by our transporter. We are not responsible for that, even if you support import taxes, our price will remain the same.

 

VII – PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY AND ORIGIN 

Each one of our item is checked, controlled and its authenticity is guarantee. With our experience of the Luxury Market, we are able to determine the authenticity of each piece that we put online. We do not put systematically pictures of hologram, labels and stamp due the scammers acting on the internet. Nevertheless, you can send us an email in order to have more informations about a product that you are looking for.

VIII – CUSTOMERS’ PRIVACY 

Each time you buy an item, the buyer needs to submit to https://luxefifthavenue.com some personal informations needed for payment, invoice, and delivery. We never give to anyone else those informations and we keep them private.
